Receta Rhubarb Custard Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt yellow cake mix
- 4 c. minced fresh or possibly frzn rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- Â Â Whipped cream and fresh mint - optional
Direcciones
- Prepare cake batter according to package directions. Pour into a greased 13x9" baking pan. Sprinkle with rhubarb and sugar. Slowly pour cream over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min or possibly till golden. Cold for 15 min before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and mint if you like.
- Chill leftovers.
