Ingredientes

  • 1 c. soy flour, defatted
  • 1 c. brown rice flour
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/4 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Mix flours and baking pwdr. Mix honey and water. Add in to flours, stirring well. Pour into lightly oiled or possibly non-stick round or possibly square baking pan. Bake at 300F for 40 min till browned. Check for doneness by inserting toothpick into center of loaf. When it comes out clean, the loaf is done. This is a dense, heavy loaf.
