Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Rice Flakes
  • 1 c. Coconut, shredded
  • 2 x Egg whites
  • 1/2 c. Nut meats, grnd or possibly minced
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Beat the egg whites till stiff, add in the sugar gradually, then the vanilla, coconut, nuts and last the flakes, being careful not to crumble the flakes.
  2. Drop by spoonfuls on buttered pan and bake in moderate oven till macaroons are delicate brown.
