Receta Rice Flake Macaroons

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Rice Flakes
- 1 c. Coconut, shredded
- 2 x Egg whites
- 1/2 c. Nut meats, grnd or possibly minced
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Beat the egg whites till stiff, add in the sugar gradually, then the vanilla, coconut, nuts and last the flakes, being careful not to crumble the flakes.
- Drop by spoonfuls on buttered pan and bake in moderate oven till macaroons are delicate brown.
