Ingredientes

  • 2 1/4 c. Cake flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Butter, softened
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Rum Or possibly brandy Or possibly cognac
  •     Confectioners' sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 10-inch tube or possibly bundt pan; set aside.
  2. Sift together flour and baking pwdr; set aside.
  3. Beat together butter and cream cheese till well blended. Add in sugar and beat till light, about 2 min. Beat in Large eggs and flavorings, then carefully blend in flour mix.
  4. Turn batter into prepared pan; bake 75 to 80 min, or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan 5 min; turn out onto rack to finish cooling. Dust with confectioners' sugar while still hot.
