Receta Rich Cream Cheese Tube Cake

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/4 c. Cake flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Butter, softened
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1Â 1/2 c. Sugar
- 4 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Rum Or possibly brandy Or possibly cognac
- Â Â Confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 10-inch tube or possibly bundt pan; set aside.
- Sift together flour and baking pwdr; set aside.
- 2. Beat together butter and cream cheese till well blended. Add in sugar and beat till light, about 2 min. Beat in Large eggs and flavorings, then carefully blend in flour mix.
- 3. Turn batter into prepared pan; bake 75 to 80 min, or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan 5 min; turn out onto rack to finish cooling. Dust with confectioners' sugar while still hot.
