Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 x 9 inch unbaked pie shell
  •     grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Method:1. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
  2. Combine cornstarch and lowfat milk with ricotta, remaining 1 c. lowfat milk, Large eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Mix till well blended. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or possibly till a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Sprinkle top with cinnamon, and cold.
  4. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
  5. Creamy, and not too sweet.
