Receta Ricotta Cheese Pie

- Method:1. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
- Combine cornstarch and lowfat milk with ricotta, remaining 1 c. lowfat milk, Large eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Mix till well blended. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or possibly till a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Sprinkle top with cinnamon, and cold.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
- Creamy, and not too sweet.
