Receta Ricotta Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1Â 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 x 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- Â Â grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Method:1. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
- 2. Combine cornstarch and lowfat milk with ricotta, remaining 1 c. lowfat milk, Large eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Mix till well blended. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour, or possibly till a knife inserted into center comes out clean. Sprinkle top with cinnamon, and cold.
- Makes 1 - 9 inch pie
- Creamy, and not too sweet.
