Ingredientes

  • 15 ounce Ricotta cheese
  • 4 x Radishes, minced
  • 2 x Green onions (with tops), minced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper
  •     Raw vegetabtes or possibly assorted crackers

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients except raw vegetables. Cover and chill 1 hour.
  2. Serve with vegetables. 2 1/2 c. spread; 45 calories per tb.
