Ingredientes
15 ounce Ricotta cheese
4 x Radishes, minced
2 x Green onions (with tops), minced
1 x Clove garlic, finely minced
2 Tbsp. Minced green pepper
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Dairy lowfat sour cream
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper
Raw vegetabtes or possibly assorted crackers
Direcciones
Mix all ingredients except raw vegetables. Cover and chill 1 hour.
Serve with vegetables. 2 1/2 c. spread; 45 calories per tb.
