Ingredientes
- 15 ounce Ricotta cheese
- 4 x Radishes, minced
- 2 x Green onions (with tops), minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Grnd red pepper
- Â Â Raw vegetabtes or possibly assorted crackers
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except raw vegetables. Cover and chill 1 hour.
- Serve with vegetables. 2 1/2 c. spread; 45 calories per tb.
