Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 lb ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  •     lemon extract, (few drops)

Direcciones

  1. Cream margarine and sugar together till smooth. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, and beat. Add in ricotta and vanilla; beat 1 minute. Combine last 3 ingredients together and beat. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 11 to 15 min till bottoms are light brown.
  2. One batch makes about 100 cookies.
  3. Frost with confectioners sugar and lowfat milk glaze.
