Ingredientes

  • 1 lb grnd turkey
  • 1/3 c. onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 ounce porcini mushrooms, rehydrate
  •     save water
  • 1/2 c. tomatoes, minced
  •     rigatoni, cooked al dente
  •     toasted breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 c. bechamel sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  •     salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Sauteeturkey; add in onions, parsley, mushrooms, tomatoes and porcinis with their juice. Cook till meat is done and onions are tender. Toss pasta with sauce.
  2. Put in a baking dish. Top with Bechamel Sauce, breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Bake 400F for 15 min.
  3. BECHAMEL SAUCE-Cook flour in oil till smooth. Add in lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Cook till thick.
