Receta Rigatoni With Ground Turkey

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd turkey
- 1/3 c. onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ounce porcini mushrooms, rehydrate
- Â Â save water
- 1/2 c. tomatoes, minced
- Â Â rigatoni, cooked al dente
- Â Â toasted breadcrumbs
- 1/3 c. parmesan cheese
- 2/3 c. bechamel sauce
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Â Â salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Sauteeturkey; add in onions, parsley, mushrooms, tomatoes and porcinis with their juice. Cook till meat is done and onions are tender. Toss pasta with sauce.
- Put in a baking dish. Top with Bechamel Sauce, breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Bake 400F for 15 min.
- BECHAMEL SAUCE-Cook flour in oil till smooth. Add in lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
- Cook till thick.
