- 2 leaves of chard with the stalks, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chicken (or vegetable) stock
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2/3 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper, to taste
