  • 1 cup – Rice flour
  • 1 cup – Water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp – Split yellow gram / Moong dal
  • 1 tbsp – Butter
  • 1 tsp – Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp – White sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch – Asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp – Oil (for kneading)
