Receta SNACK BY THE YARD
Ingredientes
- 1. 1 footlong baguette
- 2. Half can corn of the cob
- 3. 1 chopped onion
- 4 Half ginger grated
- 5. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 6. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 7. Half cup cheese grated
- 8. Capsicum rings for garnishing
- 9. Tomato rings for garnishing.
- 10. Oil
Direcciones
- Cut baguette from the centre into half,scoop the soft part out,leave aside. Brush the crust with melted butter and milk.Heat the oven on 180c and bake the crust for 5mins. Take out and leave aside.
- Heat oil in a pan,saute chopped onions till golden brown,add ginger and saute for a min, add corn,scooped bread,salt to taste,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce.Mix well.
- fill the mixture on the baked crust,garnish with cheese,capsicum and tomato rings.Bake till cheese melts.Serve hot and enjoy.
