Receta Rio Grande Breakfast Shake
Do you wish to know what happens when you replace oranges with Texas reds in breakfast shakes and/or smoothies? This is it! Not only does it spruce up the flavor profile, it brightens up the color.
Ingredientes
- 2 Whole Texas Red Grapefruit
- 1 Cup Ripe Mango, Diced
- 1 Medium Ripe Banana
- 8 Oz. Container Peach Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Cup Ice, Crushed
- 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Garnish:
- Thin Slices Grapefruit, Quartered
Direcciones
- Juice grapefruit; measure 1 1/3 cups juice. In a blender jar, combine grapefruit juice with mango, banana, yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, ice and vanilla; whirl until smooth.
- Sweeten with additional honey, if desired.
