Ingredientes

  • 3 lrg Egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar
  • 6 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Marshmallow cream, optional
  • 1/2 tsp White vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till fluffy. Add in sugar gradually, beating till stiff and glossy. Add in marshmallow creme and vanilla and continue beating till stiff. Heap meringue onto warm pie filling. Seal meringue carefully around edge of crust to prevent shrinking and weeping.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 min.
