Ingredientes

  • 6 Tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 lb potatoes - (3 medium)
  • 1/2 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 sm red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 quart bite-size lettuce pcs
  • 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (12 ounce) cubed
  • 1 can pitted black olives - (3 1/2 ounce) liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Combine veg. oil, vinegar, mustard, thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic; mix well; reserve.
  2. Cook unpeeled potatoes till tender; drain. Cold to room temperature; peel and cube. Cut beans into 1-inch pcs; cook till tender crisp; drain and cold to room temperature. Combine potatoes, green beans, and onion; cover and chill till cool.
  3. Before serving, place lettuce in salad bowl; top with vegetable mix. Place Spam in center; sprinkle olives over top. Pour on reserved dressing; toss well.
