Ingredientes

  • 12 lrg potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 x chickens, cut into 1/8 ths
  • 2 x onions, sliced
  •     garlic pwdr
  •     coarsely grnd black pepper
  •     paprika
  •     vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large deep roasting pan, layer potatoes, then chickens, then onions. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Cover with paprika.
  2. Drizzle with oil. Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour to brown chicken, then cover and bake an additional 1 1/2 hrs. For a variation, can add in duck sauce before covering.
  3. Serves 10.
