Ingredientes
- 12 lrg potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 x chickens, cut into 1/8 ths
- 2 x onions, sliced
- Â Â garlic pwdr
- Â Â coarsely grnd black pepper
- Â Â paprika
- Â Â vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large deep roasting pan, layer potatoes, then chickens, then onions. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Cover with paprika.
- Drizzle with oil. Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour to brown chicken, then cover and bake an additional 1 1/2 hrs. For a variation, can add in duck sauce before covering.
- Serves 10.
