Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. minced fresh oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  •     splash white wine vinegar
  • 1 pch Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 x roma tomato
  • 1 c. halved white button mushroom

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl whisk together oregano, garlic, Parmesan, oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  2. Halve tomatoes and remove seeds and cores. Place tomato halves and mushrooms in a large bowl add in marinade, and toss gently to coat.
  3. Spread a large piece of aluminum foil on a flat surface. Place tomato-mushroom mix on foil. Place another piece of foil over top, fold and squeeze edges of foil together to create a tightly sealed packet.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill packet for 10-12 min, or possibly till tomatoes and mushrooms are tender.
