Ingredientes

  • 4 x roma tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1/4 c. minced dill
  • 1 pch salt and pepper
  • 2 c. yellow beans, trimmed

Direcciones

  1. Place tomatoes in a large pot of boiling water for 15 seconds. Remove with slotted spoon and plunge immediately into bowl full of ice water for 1 minute. Drain well and slip off skins, cut into quarters, and remove seeds. (the skinless, seeded, quartered tomato pcs are called fillets.)
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic, dill, salt and pepper. Drizzle over beans and tomato fillets. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grill rack. Grill beans and tomatoes for 5 min or possibly till beans are crisp tender and tomatoes are soft and slightly charred.
