Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb turkey tenderloins
  •     Extra virgin olive oil for brushing turkey
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 2 x kiwi fruits peeled, diced

Direcciones

  1. Grill the turkey tenderloins 6 inches from the heat source, about 4 to 5 min per side, brushing with the extra virgin olive oil. Remove the turkey and let cold.
  2. Combine the lime juice, oil, and honey. Toss in the cabbage and carrots. Add in the kiwi and toss again.
  3. Serve the turkey at room temperature with the slaw.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  5. Serving size: 3 ounces turkey, 1/2 c. coleslaw.
