Receta Roast Turkey Tenderloins With Kiwi Slaw

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb turkey tenderloins
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil for brushing turkey
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 2 x kiwi fruits peeled, diced
Direcciones
- Grill the turkey tenderloins 6 inches from the heat source, about 4 to 5 min per side, brushing with the extra virgin olive oil. Remove the turkey and let cold.
- Combine the lime juice, oil, and honey. Toss in the cabbage and carrots. Add in the kiwi and toss again.
- Serve the turkey at room temperature with the slaw.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
- Serving size: 3 ounces turkey, 1/2 c. coleslaw.
