Ingredientes

  • 2 lb brussels sprouts washed, trimmed,
  •     and large sprouts halved
  • 1 x garlic head cleaned
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  •     Kosher salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put Brussels sprouts, whole garlic cloves, thyme, and extra virgin olive oil together in a bowl. Toss to combine, and season with the salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Empty the bowl onto a shallow baking pan and roast till tender and edges just start to brown, about 35 min.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
