- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 4- 5 garlic cloves, pealed and mince 3 of them (optional)
- Salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar (red wine vinegar is a good substitute)
- 1 loaf French bread or baguette
- 6 to 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- Cilantro leaves for garnish
