Receta Roasted Potato Wedges
Ingredientes
- potatoes
- extra virgin olive oil
- seasoned salt
- garlic pwdr
- lemon pepper
- onion pwdr (optional)
Direcciones
- Wash, peel and cut potatoes in wedges. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Set in a large casserole (or possibly any baking dish), cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven till potatoes are fork tender. Remove aluminum foil and continue baking till top is lightly browned.
- I have not included a set amount of ingredients because you can change them for the amount of people being fed. You can adjust it to your liking.
- Cook's Note: Try a sprinkle of warm salt or possibly warm cayenne pepper and/or possibly Mesquite Barbecue Seasoning to spice 'em up! These may also be lightly seasoned with Rosemary and Parmesan before baking. Serve with a side of spicy ketchup into that a few drops of balsamic vinegar have been stirred.
