Ingredientes

  • 1 pt Red currants
  • 1 pt Raspberries
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. In a large saucepan, rinse fruit. Combine fruit and water; simmer over medium heat about 10 min. Drain; stir in sugar. Blend cornstarch and cool water into a smooth paste. Add in cornstarch to fruit, stirring constantly. Bring mix to a boil; cook 3 min. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Sieve mix, if you like. Chill. Serve with cream and decorate with blanched almonds, if you like.
