Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb fresh raspberries, strawberries, or possibly a combination
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pt light cream Slivered almonds

Direcciones

  1. Wash and drain berries (or possibly defrost and save liquid). There should be 2 1/2 c. total. If fresh, add in 2 c. of water and cook till berries are soft. Add in sugar. Mix cornstarch and 2 Tbsp. cool water. Add in a small amount of berry juice, mix well and stir into berry mix.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly till pudding thickens. Reduce heat, cook 10 min. Turn into serving dish. Let stand till cool. When serving, decorate with slivered almonds, passed around the table, followed by a pitcher of cream.
