Ingredientes

  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Sourdough starter
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in sourdough starter and oil.
  2. Turn dough out on a floured surface. Knead till smooth and elastic, about 8-10 min. Shape dough into 2-inch balls. Place in greased pan. Let rise, covered, for 30-40 minuts. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 min.
