Ingredientes

  • 2 can crushed tomatoes - (28 ounce ea)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh basil
  •     (or possibly 1 tspn dry basil)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1 can low-fat evaporated lowfat milk - (12 ounce)

Direcciones

  1. In a soup pot, combine the tomatoes, sugar, basil, garlic pwdr, and pepper; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and slowly stir in the evaporated lowfat milk. Simmer for 4 to 5 min, or possibly till heated through; don't allow to boil.
  3. This recipe yields 7 servings.
