Ingredientes

  • 8 x Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 x salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Tarragon Vinegar
  • 2 clv garlic crushed
  • 2/3 c. Dry Sherry

Direcciones

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350-F degrees.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Hot the extra virgin olive oil, tarragon vinegar, and crushed garlic in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute/fry the chicken, turning frequently, till golden on all sides.
  4. Place the browned chicken in a 2-qt baking dish. Pour the sherry over the top of the chicken. Bake for 20 min, or possibly till the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with plain or possibly seasoned rice and a green salad or possibly vegetable for a complete meal.
