Ingredientes
- 8 x Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Tarragon Vinegar
- 2 clv garlic crushed
- 2/3 c. Dry Sherry
Direcciones
- Pre-heat the oven to 350-F degrees.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Hot the extra virgin olive oil, tarragon vinegar, and crushed garlic in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute/fry the chicken, turning frequently, till golden on all sides.
- Place the browned chicken in a 2-qt baking dish. Pour the sherry over the top of the chicken. Bake for 20 min, or possibly till the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Serve hot with plain or possibly seasoned rice and a green salad or possibly vegetable for a complete meal.
