,%20almond%20flour,%20and%20chipotle%20powder%20(although%20they%20seem%20to%20like%20a%20different%20spelling).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOn%20to%20dinner:%20Roasted%20Root%20Vegetables.%20%20I%20made%20this%20a%20lot%20last%20year,%20when%20we%20lived%20in%20cold,%20cold%20Cincinnati.%20%20It's%20really%20easy.%20%20It's%20from%20the%20Local%20Bounty%20Cookbook.%20%20This%20time,%20however,%20there%20were%20no%20leeks%20or%20parsnips%20to%20be%20found,%20so%20I%20left%20those%20out.%20%20I%20had%20lots%20of%20turnips%20and%20sweet%20potatoes%20from%20the%20market%20though,%20so%20I%20used%20those.%20%20And%20I%20used%20a%20yellow%20onion%20(I%20guess,%20instead%20of%20the%20leek).%20%20And%20well,%20this%20time%20around,%20I%20left%20out%20the%20oil......well%20just%20sprayed%20a%20tiny%20bit%20on%20the%20pan,%20and%20a%20very%20tiny%20spray%20on%20top%20of%20the%20veggies%20before%20they%20went%20in%20the%20oven.%20%20I%20highly%20recommend%20this%20recipe%20for%20a%20cold%20Fall/Wintery%20evening!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENo%20blogging%20tomorrow%20probably....I%20work%20all%20day.%20%20Definitely%20by%20Friday%20though.....ohhhh,%20I%20still%20have%20Shiitake%20mushrooms...I%20forgot!%20%20Hmmmm.....something%20to%20think%20about.%20%20And%20mustard%20greens.....what%20do%20those%20go%20well%20with?%20%20%20They're%20kind%20of%20bitter....I%20guess%20I'll%20just%20steam%20them%20and%20serve%20them%20over%20rice%20or%20barley.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOk%20then.....have%20a%20good%20evening!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EEat%20smart,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ET.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
