Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Fresh curds
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Or possibly more rose syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamon pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 10 x Crushed ice-cubes, (10 to 12)
  • 10 dsh Vanilla essence, (10 to 12)

Direcciones

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Serve in tall glasses, chilled.
  3. Vary the flavour by substituting rose for khus, kewra or possibly pineapple.
  4. Very finely minced pcs of fruit may be added.
