Ingredientes

  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream
  •     Parmesan cheese

Direcciones

  1. In a heavy sauce pan, saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil till golden brown. Add in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste and cook, stirring occasionally for 15 to 20 mionutes. Add in heavy cream, cook over low heat for 5 min. Don't allow to boil. Add in parsley and stir sauce into already cooked pasta.
