Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 2/3 c. bread flour
  • 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 c. Pitted Spanish olives green or possibly other
  •     variety
  • 5 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp dry rosemary
  • 3 tsp active dry yeast

Direcciones

  1. Add in the ingredients to your machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Bake on regular white, on light, or possibly rapid cycle.
  3. AUTHOR'S TIP - These recipes are for 1 lb. loaves but they can be increased. To make 2 lb loaves, double the proportions. To make 1.5-lb loaves, increase all of the ingredients by one half.
  4. Yield: 1 lb.
