- 2/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
- 1 2/3 c. bread flour
- 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Pitted Spanish olives green or possibly other
- variety
- 5 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp dry rosemary
- 3 tsp active dry yeast
Direcciones
- Add in the ingredients to your machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Bake on regular white, on light, or possibly rapid cycle.
- AUTHOR'S TIP - These recipes are for 1 lb. loaves but they can be increased. To make 2 lb loaves, double the proportions. To make 1.5-lb loaves, increase all of the ingredients by one half.
