Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 lb boneless pork shoulder roast cut 1/4" cubes
  • 8 sm red potatoes unpeeled, quartered
  • 2 c. baby carrots halved lengthwise
  • 1 jar home-style pork gravy - (12 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp dry rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp grnd sage
  • 1 1/2 c. frzn cut green beans
  • 1/4 c. half-and-half

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in pork; cook till browned, stirring frequently.
  2. In 3 1/2 to 4-qt slow cooker, combine pork and all other ingredients except beans and half-and-half. Cover; cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till pork is tender.
  3. Add in beans; cover and cook an additional 20 to 30 min or possibly till tender. Stir in half-and-half; cook uncovered for 5 min.
  4. This recipe yields 5 servings.
