Receta Rosemary Pork Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1Â 1/2 lb boneless pork shoulder roast cut 1/4" cubes
- 8 sm red potatoes unpeeled, quartered
- 2 c. baby carrots halved lengthwise
- 1 jar home-style pork gravy - (12 ounce)
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary leaves
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/8 tsp grnd sage
- 1Â 1/2 c. frzn cut green beans
- 1/4 c. half-and-half
Direcciones
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat till warm. Add in pork; cook till browned, stirring frequently.
- In 3 1/2 to 4-qt slow cooker, combine pork and all other ingredients except beans and half-and-half. Cover; cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hrs or possibly till pork is tender.
- Add in beans; cover and cook an additional 20 to 30 min or possibly till tender. Stir in half-and-half; cook uncovered for 5 min.
- This recipe yields 5 servings.
