Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Veal in 1-1/2 inch cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 can Condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Chablis or possibly other white wine
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pkt (9-ounce) frzn artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms
  • 3 ounce Salami, cut in strips
  • 1/2 c. Liquid removed, minced pitted black olives
  • 1 Tbsp. Liquid removed capers

Direcciones

  1. In large, heavy skillet, brown veal cubes in oil. Add in soup, water, wine & garlic; cover & cook over low heat 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook 15 min more & stir occasionally.
