Receta Rosy Veal With Artichokes

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Veal in 1-1/2 inch cubes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can Condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Chablis or possibly other white wine
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pkt (9-ounce) frzn artichoke hearts
- 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms
- 3 ounce Salami, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. Liquid removed, minced pitted black olives
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid removed capers
Direcciones
- In large, heavy skillet, brown veal cubes in oil. Add in soup, water, wine & garlic; cover & cook over low heat 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Add in remaining ingredients. Cook 15 min more & stir occasionally.
