Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Rotini (or possibly other pasta)
  • 1 can Kidney beans -- 14 oz
  • 1 can Tomatoes -- 19 oz
  • 2 x Onions -- thinly sliced
  • 2 slc Bologna -- 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 can Tomato sauce -- 8 oz
  • 1 Tbsp. Celery salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley

Direcciones

  1. Cook rotini in boiling salted water till tender. Grease large casserole dish generously with margarine or possibly butter. In a large bowl, mix together tomatoes, kidney beans, onions, celery salt, dry mustard and garlic salt.
  2. Put a layer of rotini in casserole dish then over it add in tomatoes, kiney beans, onions, and spices that have been mixed together. Add in bologna and re
