Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg Garlic Cloves Peeled
  • 1 c. Basil Leaves Packed
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 c. Cooked Pasta Rotini
  • 1 1/2 c. Zucchini Diced
  • 1 1/2 c. Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • 15 ounce Cannellini Beans Rinsed And Liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Drop garlic through food chute with food processor on; process till chopped. Add in basil, cheese, salt, and pepper; process till finely chopped.
  2. With food processor on, slowly pour water and oil through food chute; process till well-blended.
  3. Combine rotini, zucchini, tomatoes, and beans in a large bowl; toss well.
  4. Add in pesto mix, tossing gently to coat.
