Receta Rotini Vegetable Salad With Pesto Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Garlic Cloves Peeled
- 1 c. Basil Leaves Packed
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 c. Cooked Pasta Rotini
- 1Â 1/2 c. Zucchini Diced
- 1Â 1/2 c. Halved Cherry Tomatoes
- 15 ounce Cannellini Beans Rinsed And Liquid removed
Direcciones
- Drop garlic through food chute with food processor on; process till chopped. Add in basil, cheese, salt, and pepper; process till finely chopped.
- With food processor on, slowly pour water and oil through food chute; process till well-blended.
- Combine rotini, zucchini, tomatoes, and beans in a large bowl; toss well.
- Add in pesto mix, tossing gently to coat.
