Round Steak In Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 lg. round steak
  • 10 ounce. can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. very strong beef stock
  • 2-3 tbsp. dry onions
  • 1 teaspoon dry parsley or possibly 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 celery stalks, minced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced

Direcciones

  1. Remove any visible fat from steak and cut into 4 servings pcs. Place in a baking dish.
  2. Combine soup, beef stock, onion flakes and parsley and pour over steaks.
  3. Place vegetables on top.
  4. Cover and bake at 300 degrees F. for 2-3 hrs.
