Receta Round Steak In Mushroom Sauce
Ingredientes
- 1 lg. round steak
- 10 ounce. can mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. very strong beef stock
- 2-3 tbsp. dry onions
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley or possibly 1 tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 celery stalks, minced
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
Direcciones
- 1. Remove any visible fat from steak and cut into 4 servings pcs. Place in a baking dish.
- 2. Combine soup, beef stock, onion flakes and parsley and pour over steaks.
- 3. Place vegetables on top.
- 4. Cover and bake at 300 degrees F. for 2-3 hrs.
