Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound round steak, cut in thin strips
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • 1 can (10.5 ounce.) beef broth
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 jar (2 ounce.) pimento, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef in oil. Stir in onions, rice, beef broth, water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and cook over low heat about 25 min. Stir in green peppers and pimentos and cook for approximately 5-10 min longer.
