Ingredientes

  • Dill pickle strips, cut in small lengthwise pcs
  • Onion strips, cut in small lengthwise pcs
  • Mustard (I use French style)
  • 1 can mushroom soup or possibly beef broth
  • Canned or possibly sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
  • Seasoned flour for dusting rolls
  • Oil for browning

Direcciones

  1. Boneless, tenderized round steak, sliced thin (all gristle, fat and bone removed). Cut in 2 x 3 inch strips (approximately). The amount of round steak needed will be determined by the number of people served.
